For some time now we have a partnership with Multi post Antilles. Multi-Mail specialises in professional document related hardware solutions including scanners, MFPs, fax devices and enveloping machines. This collaboration allows our customers a total solution for all document-related software and hardware. The focus is on both the software and hardware implemented and supported by specialists in their field. We are proud of this collaboration, which provides unique opportunities for business in Curacao. Meanwhile the first customer projects have already emerged.

Making use of the functionalities offeres by modern document managemnt software we can automate creation, distribution and storage completely tailor made depending on the recipient or company preferences/requirements. The processes are conducted in our secure data center in Curacao.

Giro Bank selects Host Access Solutions for Enterprise Content Management
Girobank Curacao has selected Host Access Solutions for scanning and digitally archiving historic records. 40,000 files with a total of some 600,000 documents will be digitized and made available to the new business system. Host Access Solutions provides the scanning, recognition and archiving of these documents. New documents are also scanned and digitally on entry immediately available. The necessary hardware is provided by our partner Multi post. Girobank, the evidence of the successful collaboration between Host Access Solutions and Multi-Post and we are proud to count her as a customer in Curaçao.
